L'Erba del Persico produces and sells 100% Italian products that are distinguished by their very high quality.

Lucerne, a plant with excellent properties, is cultivated and processed to create various products such as fodder, which is essential for the diet of ruminants especially during the winter season, and pellets, which derive from grinding and pressing both traditional and dehydrated fodder in varying proportions depending on the protein level desired.
L'Erba del Persico also deals with the production and sale of straw, both in the wild and chopped, derived from the threshing of cereals such as durum and soft wheat, harvested and packaged so as to always maintain the quality of the product and its nutritional properties.
